It’s been quite a while since I have written anything, and for a good reason.
I completely fell off the Healthy Eating wagon. However, I am viewing this as a learning experience. The diet I tried failed. The diet I tried was a “fad” diet I found, after consulting with several people who have lost weight recently.
What I have found is that I need something besides a fad diet. After talking with a cousi and what has worked for her, I am going to enroll in Weight Watchers. Making it to meeting will prove to be difficult, as I have not yet secured a vehicle, so I’m just going to start online and track my points.
So right now, I’m just hanging in there and being mindful of what I put into my mouth. I still have the premium edition of MyFitnessPal, I just haven’t really been using it.
Tonight is Taco Saturday night. The food is amazing. I want to be able to diet and eat things that I like to eat. I think Weight Watchers will be a new start. For now, I’ll be mindful on what I’m eating. I’m going to start tracking my food again. I need another kick in the butt!
