2018 has been cruel to me.
My computer completely died, so I haven’t been able to update in a while.
I went on the shred diet, and I did well for about 3 or 4 days. It’s intermittent fasting and I was STARVING for 3 days before I finally caved.
HOWEVER I am still watching my calorie intake, I downloaded MyFitnessPal on my phone and it has a built-in pedometer for iPhone and it has been measuring my steps and figuring it into my calorie count.
I’m going to try to do the intermittent fast next month with the Skinny Juice and the pancakes and lava cakes. The shakes are NOT my thing…they don’t fill me up 😦
