Tina: The 7 Day Shred

So I took the first step and ordered the Acti-Labs “7 Day Shred” diet plan.

It’s really simple. You choose which shakes you like, use them as a meal replacement, and drink lots of water and eat healthy for 7 days. Should be easy, right?

Not so fast.

The thought of doing another diet is bringing me anxiety. I want to jump-start some weight loss, but knowing that I’ll be basically STARVING for 7 days doesn’t exactly make me look forward to that little purple package in the mail.

I ordered my shaker cup from Walmart.com. I’m going to need it!

I’m also thinking about tracking my progress on this page with a video each day that I do the 7 Day Shred. I need to keep my mind off food.

For now, I’m having a calorie blow-out and I’m ENJOYING it 🙂
